They like their toast here with a thick layer of butter and kaya jam, made from coconut, sugar and eggs. They also like their coffee strong and sweet! Kopi is a highly caffeinated Singaporean coffee. You can have it with condensed or evaporated milk. This one is a Kopi O - black with lots of sugar!
